Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for OrbiHub services.
1) Scope
This Policy applies to purchases made directly with OrbiHub for educational services (individual enrollments and team programs), unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2) General principles
- Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service, timing of cancellation, and whether delivery has started.
- Some services include digital materials and scheduled instructor time, which can affect refundability.
- Where mandatory consumer rights apply, this Policy does not limit those rights.
3) Individual enrollments
A. Before access begins
If you cancel before receiving access to course materials or before any scheduled session begins (whichever is earlier), you may request a refund subject to payment processing constraints.
B. After access begins
Once digital access to course materials is provided, refunds may be limited. If you encounter access issues, contact us so we can address the problem or review alternatives.
4) Instructor-led sessions
If your plan includes instructor time, cancellation close to scheduled sessions may reduce refund amounts because scheduling capacity is reserved. We will review requests based on the remaining schedule and preparation work already performed.
If OrbiHub cancels a scheduled session without providing a reasonable alternative, we may offer rescheduling options or a partial refund depending on the circumstances and remaining service scope.
5) Team programs
Team programs are scoped services that may include coordination, planning, and customized scheduling. Refundability depends on project stage:
- Before kickoff: cancellation may be eligible for refund minus administrative time already spent.
- After kickoff: refunds may be limited based on delivered sessions and materials.
If your organization requires purchase order terms or a separate contract, those terms may supersede this Policy.
6) How to request a refund
Send a request to hello@orbihub.link with subject “Refund Request”.
- Your name and email used for the purchase
- Service name or plan type
- Purchase date (approximate is acceptable)
- Reason for request (brief)
7) Processing timeline
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period. Actual processing time can vary based on payment method and required verification.
8) Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can review the details. Payment disputes initiated through your payment provider may pause service delivery while the dispute is reviewed.
